Sibley Orchards Coffee Cake
I love to make coffee cake on Sunday morning and this is the one I have been using recently

1 cup butter
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 cup nuts
1 tsp. Flavoring (compliment preserve used)
1 jar Sibley Orchards Preserves (best with Amaretto Peach or Amaretto Cherry)
1 tsp. baking powder
2 cups flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup sour cream
Beat butter until creamy. Add sugar, eggs and flavoring. Combine dry ingredients, add to mix alternatively with sour cream. Place half of batter into a greased and floured 10 cups bundt pan. Sprinkle with half of the nuts and dot with half of the preserves. Top with remaining batter, sprinkle with remaining nuts, and dot with remaining preserves. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes. Cool pan for 10 minutes. Remove and let cool completetly.

100% Pure Apple Cider
Marinate your meat in apple cider! Put Sibley Cider (no additives or preservatives!) in a spray bottle and spray whever you are grilling. Repeat every 3-4 minutes. Boy you are going to be surprised at the great flavor!
