Greetings from Sibley Orchards! Because of this heat apples will not keep as long. Be sure to store your apples in the fridge and have a plan to use your apples quickly. Apples available at the fruit stand: Apples for eating fresh and baking: Granny Smith are a tart crunchy apple. We also will have Cameo which are a sweet, crunchy apple in sometime Friday afternoon. Because of the heat these apples have great flavor, but are going to have a softer texture. Better for apple sauce and apple butter: Jonathan,Golden Delicious, JonaGold, and Red Delicious. These are the last Red Delicious, Golden Delicious, and JonaGold of the season. We will have Jonathan apples for about the next two weeks. We have pumpkins of every size and color. From the garden we have sweet potatoes and onions. We also have large and small mums. Hours: 10-4 Monday, 10-4 Wednesday-Saturday, 12-3 Sunday. We are closed on Tuesdays. 2026 Apple Schedule October 10th Fuji 17th Braeburn 20th Pink Lady Dates can always change. Because of the heat in September those varities are running about two weeks ahead, which means the September apples will wrap up quickly this year. Just a friendly reminder we only sell the apples at the fruit stand, we don't have any picking or orchard access. We also have local honey, preserves, pickles, and Mexican vanilla.
